Consultations with Colleen
In your consultation, whether it be 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes, Colleen hones in and focuses on you as an individual, your life journey and how you got to where you are today. No stone is left unturned as Colleen maps out your symptoms and your timeline of events to find root cause.
Colleen runs her consultation more like a life coaching session, primarily educating you in food and lifestyle medicine tailored to you.
If necessary, Colleen will recommend specialised blood or fecal tests, heavy metal/chemical testing to confirm or negate any of her suspicions in the causal factors of your current health status.
Upon request, she can also include some iridology, which is great way to see your constitution type and where you have weaknesses or toxic build up in your body.
***It is a great idea to have already mapped out your timeline, including childhood sickness or accidents, surgeries etc, and have details of all your supplements and medications.

90 Minute INITIAL CONSULTATION $180.00
During this intensive consultation, Colleen will give an in depth investigation into your unique health experiences, finding root causes through history, blood tests, face, body and constitutional diagnosis.
Please bring any relevant information like blood test results, medications and supplements details, your blood type and a history or timeline of events
60 Minute Initial or Follow up CONSULTATION $120.00
Doing her utmost to take you into perfect health with ease and speed, Colleen will be refining and perfecting your treatment program, keeping you on track, moving you towards your own independent, optimum health.
The one hour consult can also be used as initial, especially if diagnostic tests need to be ordered and results studied before treatments prescribed.
30 MINUTE Follow up/Emergency CONSULTATION $60.00
Colleen will be refining and perfecting your treatment program, keeping you on track, moving you towards your own independent, optimum health.
The 30 minute conduit can also be used to go over blood test results or your supplements.
Or 30 Mins can be an emergency consult if you or your loved ones are acutely ill etc
